As part of the creative team, Deb focuses on implementing the Windermere Strategic Marketing Plan, which includes servicing area owners and their agents with marketing, advertising and public relation needs. Deb serves the Las Vegas, Henderson and St. George agents and ownership.

Business Philosphy and Working Style

As the Director of Marketing, Deb concentrates on sharing the many Windermere Tools that is offered for our agents. Whether it's postcards for farming areas or creating brochures, she will assist agents generate the best Marketing Plan for their clients. Deb believes in teamwork and that success happens when evryone is working together towards a common goal.

Qualification and Training

Deb brings a strong Marketing and Administrative background. She was instrumental in the marketing, proofing and editing of the Southern Nevada REALTORŪ magazine. She also coordinated and promoted over 200 events in the real estate industry.
