Dedicated to the community she lives in; Nancy has devoted much of her time to non-profit organizations including: the World Senior Games, Special Olympics Organization, Community Parks and Recreation, and Youth Rehabilitation programs. Nancy is also a trained Emergency Medical Technician, volunteering her time to public service as an EMT for the local Fire Department. Nancy’s hard work ethic and can do attitude is not only evident in her career as an Real Estate professional, but in her personal accomplishments as well. Testing the limits of human endurance, Nancy has competed in the ultimate Triathlon event, the Ironman. As an elite marathoner, Nancy completed 12 marathons in 2005. Up before dawn, Nancy can be found enjoying a run in the solitude and beauty of Red Rock Canyon, located in Las Vegas’ backyard. From the recreational activities to the endless entertainment of Las Vegas, Nancy loves all that this area, she now calls home, has to offer.

Nancy comes to Windermere with over 25 years of executive business experience in the Health & Recreation field and the Resort & Spa industry. Her success in Real Estate undeniably is attributed to her extensive background in financial planning and management, marketing and public relations, and communication and customer service. As an Executive Director at Southern Utah’s Red Mountain Spa, for better than ten years, Nancy has been influential in the development of innovative Health and Fitness programs, anti-aging education, and is a strong advocate of active teens…fight against obesity. She has fostered fun in fitness including adapting programs for persons with disabilities. Nancy holds a BS degree in Education, with Graduate work at Michigan State University in Exercise Physiology. Nancy is a Certified Personal Trainer and professional member of the American College of Sports Medicine.
