Real Estate Salespersons:

• 12 hours of required courses include 3 hours each of : Agency,Contracts, Ethics, and Law & Legislation; and
• 12 hours of elective credits in designated (Agency, Contracts, Ethics and Law & Legislation) and/or General courses, with an optional 3 hours (maximum) in personal development.

Real Estate Broker or Broker Salespersons:

• 15 hours of required courses include 3 hours each of: Agency, Contracts, Ethics, Law & Legislation, and Broker Management; and
• 9 hours of elective credits in designated (Agency, Contracts, Ethics and Law & Legislation) and/or General courses, with an optional 3 hours (maximum) in personal development.

Looking to get your license?

Our online real estate licensing courses provide quality and detailed training. You will be assisted by a personal instructor to help you one-on-one by telephone or e-mail. Our real estate licensing courses include exam prep modules that will help you prepare for your state licensing examination. The Windermere University has been developed into three user friendly programs; with each level designed to meet varying aspects of our agent’s skill levels. Each unique program is given over a one week period.

The Associates/Contract & Law Program is a more introductory program, designed for new or newer agents, along with those returning to the business. Courses include familiarity with contracts, agency and business practices. Providing the basics of a productive and successful real estate career offers our agents confidence, independence and knowledge far beyond their competition.

The Bachelors/Technology Program consolidates all of the Windermere Technology and Tools available, putting them into the hands of our agents. Many of these courses are hands on applications. This program focuses on the extensive Technology that Windermere offers its agents in websites, marketing and the use of a comprehensive contact management system and photo gallery which can be used to enhance agent's listings as well as showcase any subdivision or community that an agent wants to showcase on their website.

The Masters/Skills Set Program enhances and expands the agent's business and increases the breadth of knowledge which agents are able to draw on to better serve their clients and take their business to the next level. These courses allow our agents to expand their knowledge and professionalism to the level our customers and clients have come to expect.
